-Fraction of the Cost of Personal Training

Group coaching allows our members to work with a professional coach for a fraction of the investment. As a new member we start you with our On-Ramp Program to build a solid foundation of safe movement. Each of 5 sessions are completed with a certified CrossFit coach to ensure you start off on the right path. As you continue your CrossFit journey, your On-Ramp coach will always be there to check in, keep you working toward your goals and answer any questions you may have.

-Expert Program and Coaching

Every day, our coaches guide athletes through the workout of the day. We are here to help you manage your workout successfully, answer your questions, and encourage you so you can enjoy your fitness journey. Each day may include:

-Mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function;
-Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout;
-The Workout of the Day (0r WOD)– which may be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting, and more;
-Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout.


CrossFit is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, which includes members from our military special forces, full-time moms, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, accomplished athletes, and retired grandparents.
