1. Saturday the 7th is our second Nutrition Seminar with Kevin Hall. Starts at 11am and once again will be packed with useful information to fuel better performance. Also, Chris and Erik will be making protein pancakes for you to sample so not coming really makes no sense at all…None.
2. Saturday the 14th you have the opportunity to get a massage at the gym. Jennifer from Jeff Colemans office will be available from 8am to 12. $15 for a half hour, $30 for an hour. Sign up sheet will be on the bulletin board Saturday. Give yourself a little treat, help your performance and overall well being…get a massage!
