The 2015 Open begins today with the live announcement broadcast at 5pm. If you’re signed up for the Open, today should really be nothing more then an active recovery day. Stretch, maybe a light jog or row, a little mental preparation and if you don’t eat clean…today isn’t a bad day to start! Most of you will complete 15.1 Friday and as soon as we see the time parameter of the workout, we will have a heat schedule for you to sign up. All Friday and Saturday class times will be the same and both days will have 15.1 programed. So if you aren’t able to get it done Friday, you can schedule a time Saturday.
If you aren’t signed up for the Open, feel free to come in and go hard as you normally would on a Thursday.
Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets), complete the following as quickly as possible:
Run 800 Meters
15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
15 Strict Pull-Ups
15 Strict Ring Dips
