Our next Nutrition Talk with Kevin will be March 7th at 11am. He will be covering the 3 R’s of workout strategy: Rest, Recovery and Replenish – How to maximize your post workout strategy from 5 minutes to 8 hours after working out. In addition Chris and Erik will be making protein pancakes for everyone to sample. We will also have some samples to distribute including different flavors of SFH Fish Oil which will be AWESOME!
Every two minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Power Clean x 2
Build over the course of the six sets to your heaviest possible load.
Complete as many round and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
1 Muscle-Up (Scale to strict pull up + Ring dip)
1 Squat Snatch (155/105 lbs)
2 Squat Snatches
3 Squat Snatches
. . . and so on up the ladder.
Rest exactly 5 minutes, and then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Row 250 Meters
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups (Scale to seated KB press)
50 Double-Unders (2:1 Singles)
