In teams of two complete the following for time:
1. 1 mile run (both team members run the full mile at the same time) Unless you have an injury preventing you from running, please run.
2. 50 thrusters each. All that matters here is that once the bar is picked up it isn’t put down until all 100 thrusters are complete.
3. 30 push ups each. One partner working at a time. The resting partner must stay in a plank position (Elbows and toes) for the reps to count.
4. 2000 meter row (needs to be split by 500’s – work on transition with your partner)
