Please remember…we will have only one open class at 7am. There is a in house competition from 8 to 10am that you can still sign up for here.
In celebration of the day, 5-10-15 here is the workout:
5 minutes for max reps of: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats
10 minutes for max calories on the rower
15 minutes of: 5 Box jumps, 10 KB Swings, 15 Sit-ups
***each portion is scored separate as though there are 3 workouts. If we have 10 people competing the largest number of reps in the 5 minute portion would receive a 1. The least amount of reps would receive a 10. Each competitors three scores are added up and low score wins. Must be a momma to win!!!
