Strict HSPU x (X)
The number you choose per round depends on you.
If your max Strict HSPU is < 5, you do sets of 1 EMOM.
If 6-10 your number is 3 EMOM
If 11-15 = 5
If you’re above 15 just pick a number and try to hit the same each round.
If you don’t yet have HSPU we are going to do strict DB Press with a weight that allows us to hit 7-10 reps each set
