New Era CrossFit Class Options

First class free!!!

- Needs to be scheduled and is available to all.  An intro to CrossFit and an assessment of your overall fitness level.  This class will not only get you a little taste of what CrossFit feels like, it will give us a chance to see where you are and how we   can get you where you want to be.

 

Foundations

- A series of ten classes (either one on one or small group) designed to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit.  After completion you should have a healthy understanding of CrossFit and its methodologies.  If you are new to CrossFit, Foundations is required prior to attending a New Era CrossFit class.  After completion, you are free to attend any and all New Era CrossFit classes unless otherwise directed by a coach.  Foundations needs to be scheduled and may take place during regularly scheduled classes or at any agreed upon time slot.


Daily Classes

- New Era CrossFit daily classes will be a constantly varied mix of everything that CrossFit is.  The difference between us and them is that you will, without a doubt, get better.  We aren’t here to give you a workout and watch you do it.  We are here to get you where you want to be and where you never thought you could go.  Whether you’re an athlete or a mother.  A police officer or a grandfather.  We’ll get you moving better then you knew possible and with that, you will perform better in whatever it is that you do. 

 

Personal Training

- Available upon request and varies depending on the coach.
