30 Double Unders
Stimulus wise, we are looking for a dumbbell push press load that we are confident we could complete for 10+ repetitions unbroken. Heavy and challenging, but a loading we can cycle inside of today’s workout.
On the deadlifts, we are looking for a load that we could complete 15+ repetitions unbroken with.
