Coach/CrossFit Regional Athlete
Keeta Duke is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Coach, and holds a Gym Jones Level 1 Certification, HKC Kettlebell Certification, and a USA Track and Field Level 1 Certification. She is a former coach and trainer at 21 Grams Gym, training under Gym Jones Disciple Josh Vert, and has held multiple coaching and teaching positions in both middle school and high school. Keeta was a 2012 and 2013 CrossFit Regionals Qualifier in Southern California, finishing 23rd in 2013. She is a Collegiate Track and Field All American, 3 Time Hall of Fame Inductee (college and high school), and still holds numerous school and stadium records at both the collegiate and high school level. Keeta loves coaching and helping athletes find their true inner strength and athletic potential. Her philosophy is: What starts off as a workout later becomes a journey of self discovery that carries over to all areas of your life. How EXCITING!!
